2025 Meeting Schedule

The following is the confirmed General Meeting (GM), Annual General Meeting (AGM) and Special General Meeting (SGM) schedule for 2025. Should you have any questions about this information, please contact our Secretary, Lily Altmann, via secretary@greatwesternfnc.com.au

All meetings are held on the first Monday of each month at 6.30pm. Agenda items must be sent to the Secretary by COB on the Friday before. Only tabled agenda items will be discussed at each meeting, with the exception only being extended to time sensitive or reactionary items which is at the discretion of the Executive Team.​

Our Executive Team meets before every General Meeting in the below schedule, between 6-6.30pm. This ensures the wider committee meetings starting at 6.30pm can run efficiently across the items included in the agenda, therefore please wait outside the meeting location when you arrive. They will invite you inside the room once their discussions are completed.
