Green Eggs are a local egg production and retail business based in Great Western producing approximately 17,000 dozen eggs a week. That's a lot of eggs!

 

All their eggs are collected the day they are laid from the egg collection rooms, and handled with the utmost attention and care. They go straight into a cool room to await grading before being transported all over the state to various culinary and retail establishments including Melbourne-based restaurants and various supermarket locations.  

 

Green Eggs only ever sell A Grade eggs ensuring the highest quality and freshness for their customers. Their owners, Kate & Jarrod, have been supporting the club for the past three years with Kate having been a senior netball player for our club for a few seasons. Green Eggs has a long and strong connection with the club through their previous local owners, Allan & Shelley Green, and with their Grading Floor Manager, Dana, who's not only our C Grade netball coach but one of our super star A Grade netball players. We sincerely thank Jarrod & Kate for continuing that support with both of their businesses (being Green Eggs and Gore Haulage) and can't wait to see your little ones hopefully playing for Great Western themselves one day!
